We want you to be completely satisfied with your Adanola pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please ensure items are free from makeup, stains, or odors to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside to ensure our warehouse team can identify your order.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of arrival.
